How
it works........

Make
sure you are registered
with us at H D Commercial.

Then,
your Client calls you to discuss a potential
proposal that is commercial finance or
commercial bridging loan.

You
complete the simple DIP
form,
which is also available in our Client
pack
and fax it to us on 08717 334 367.
Alternatively, you can post it to our Head
Office address here,
or scan and email the form to us at enquiries@hdcommercial.co.uk

If
you wish to discuss the case before
completing the DIP
form
please call 0870 2000 900, and ask for the Commercial
Mortgage Desk.

will confirm receipt of the DIP
form
and reply within 24 hours with a breakdown
of the information required to complete the
case and an indication of what terms we
expect to be able to offer your client.

you wish, you can deal direct with
your Client, or we can liase with your
Client for you. You get the same
