Because the mortgage and insurance market has changed hugely and furiously throughout these last 9 months, so we implemented a weekly Team training session by Zoom, with guest presenters from the financial services world supporting us every week too.
This kept us regularly up to date on criteria changes, the varying provider service levels, the most suitable access to market and also helped us to maintain professional and mutually respected relationships with our lender and insurer partners.
The bottom line? Our Advisers and Brokers maintained a high market knowledge base, enabling us to provide our Clients with superior service.
