To qualify, here’s what you need to know: 
 
SPV applications only (not personal/LLP) 
Deposits must originate in the UK 
Max background portfolio LTV: 75% 
No layered limited companies 
Excludes HMOs and MUFBs 
Portfolio limit: 15 BTL properties 
Max exposure: £5M (refer if over £2M) 
Applicants must own 75%+ of company shares (voting shares) 
Shareholders under 25% must be immediate family members of directors 
Maximum age at end of term: 85
