We wish you a happy and healthy 2023

THANK YOU ... to our Clients, professional colleagues across the mortgage and insurance industry, our compliance support team who keep us on track enabling us to continue providing world class advice and service, to our Introducer friends who ask us to help their own Clients, to the trade publications who have continued to publish our articles and commentary, to our lawyers and accountants (very important part of my business foundation!), and I also want to personally thank my absolutely brilliant team of brokers and back office support staff too. 

 

Next year, 2023, is our 30th anniversary in business.  

 

We've experienced a lot of changes over these decades ... from no regulation to now being heavily (some say far too heavily) regulated, from the old world of 'self cert' mortgages to the detailed scrutiny of income, from the 'back of a fag packet' Fact Find to the minutia collection of data in electronic CRM systems (we didn't even have laptops when I first started!), and of course the numerous economic, political, financial and property market, and the never ending attention to necessary business strategy, as the world changes around us ..... we have seen and experienced it all. And we have survived.  

 

H D Consultants is a robust, compliant, high quality, professional Firm, and I am so proud of the feedback that our Advisers receive, the nominations and wins that we receive in national industry awards, and the true teamwork that we have between us, helping each other out all the time with issues and queries during our weekly team meetings or our very active WhatsApp group. 

 

And we do this for our Clients, because we are blessed with a loyal Client bank of thousands of people and businesses who turn to us for all of their mortgage and insurance needs every single day, week and month of the year, and have done so for many previous years too. They turn to us, and we are keen to help as much as we can. 

 

So, thank you to the support network mentioned above who enable us to learn, grow and work with our Clients, and as already mentioned, thank you to all in H D Consultants who take this privileged role so seriously and represent the Company so well.
