You are now automatically a medical donor unless you opt out

Did you know that the law changed in May 2020, regarding organ donation in the UK?
From 20th May 2020, all adults in England will now automatically be considered to have agreed to be an organ donor when they die ... unless they have recorded a decision not to donate or are in one of the excluded groups.
In an 'opt out' system, if there is no recorded decision for you, it will be considered that you agree to donate your organs after death unless you are in an excluded group ... or you have let your friends or family know your organ donation decision & they pass this on to the team involved in your end of life care. This latter option can be confirmed in your Will.
If you have not yet written a Will, this new law will apply and unless you have opted out of the register, you will automatically be opted in, as above.
So, how can you make your decision known? And, at the same time, how can you finally sort out your Will?
One way is to simplify all of this, and confirm your 'donor' decision at the same time as arranging your Will too.
