Just arranging a mortgage and not arranging or referring the mortgage life cover is absolutely not sufficient under the CD rules.

1) gain your Clients consent, and also obtain their agreed time for contact, for Cream FS to call and progress their requirements

2) submit all details via the NBSS / Referral form below - this ONE combined form acts as both the introductory message and the NBSS (Note - Cream FS and also pipeline@ will simultaneously receive a copy of your form)

3) log in to Toolbox and Create a Workflow, and Create a Policy (download / view this pdf document to follow the Toolbox process)
