Ideally, you will be geographically located along the A12 corridor (from east London to Ipswich) or the immediate surrounding areas only (this is crucial for us to help develop your business and also to ensure we can offer our compliance / supervisory support, too).

Property Investor Finance is a preferential skillset, although not compulsory. BTL, bridging finance & commercial mortgage knowledge and experience is a large part of our business. You can of course just focus on residential mortgages and life insurance, but please note that the majority of the enquiries we receive are in the property investor sector.
Your proposition to us / who are looking to work with?
Experienced Advisers only please, with at least one years face to face advising experience and a proven completion record for mortgage and life cover business.
You will preferably be with an existing client bank (we can help with transition planning), although size of your Client bank is not important as we have a huge orphan Client bank and a regular influx of qualified and 'hot' enquiries!
And YOU will be; self motivated, compliant, team-spirited, proactive, proven sales / track record, willing to hit the ground running calling Clients, open-minded and willing to learn and manage an ongoing CPD / personal development plan.
