1 - we are the UK's only specifically branded and dedicated mortgage and insurance advice service for the world of entertainment and performing arts. Our proposition at www.MortgagesForActors.com was launched in 2020 - just as the theatres were all put in to clockdown ....which happened to be brilliant timing for us as many actors were instantly worried about mortgage affordability and we were able to be there to support and guide them through those times.
2 - we also own and run www.PropertyTribesFinancialServices.com providing a dedicated full financial services co-branded proposition to over 100,000 subscribed members of the Property Tribes property investor network.
3 - and, for many years, H D Consultants, has also been the recommended specialist mortgage and financial adviser Firm to the circa 200k+ subscribed members of www.Property118.com as well.
4 - at www.FrontlineFinancialSolutions.co.uk we offer a friendly and helpful mortgage and personal insurance advice service for the military, NHS, police and emergency services. Working closely with www.BlueLightLeavers.com we are their recommended 'in house' broker to c10,000 members.
5 - the world of holiday let mortgages, for UK investors and expats too, is supported by our team at HCH Financial Services. Working with our Introducer at HolidayCottageHandbook (a comprehensive resource for all holiday let hosts), we write articles, co-host the mortgage podcasts, present at national property investor shows and we provide a specialist knowledge for the niche world of holiday let finance
6 - and last but certainly not least is our sister Company, Assured Funding Ltd which is a very long standing part of the Group. Assured Funding offers an expert commercial mortgage, development finance and property investor money resource through bridging, auction and peer to peer loans too.
On top of all of that, our Brokers are not in competition and we all help and support each other every day, and also at our weekly team meetings, and also via co-working on various projects as well.
Regarded as a high quality Firm, 'green status', 32 years old (and counting), no complaints upheld against us, always looking to enjoy new opportunities, a focus on business gorwth and profitability, we also hope to have some fun along the way.
Our workplace is hybrid, with Colchester town centre offices (info), and also working from home is an available option too.
Which leads me on to ..... We also recognise, however, that for many sole traders and partnerships, working on your own, working from home, no 'in house' WhatsApp groups and colleagues to call on for help wth cases and queries, can be a lonely and frustrating way of life.
