PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SEPARATE YOUR UPLOADS. Please do not upload two or more separate documents in one together, e.g. a copy of your lease and birth certificate together, as these will not be accepted in one upload and we will ask you to separate the documents and upload them again individually.

A ‘document’ can be more than one page, but this only counts as one document to upload, so please do not upload single pages of a document as multiple uploads, as these will be rejected.
