Wills, LPA's, Trusts and Estate Planning
Why Write a Will?
Simply because, when you die without your final wishes stated in a Will, the law will decide who gets what.
Common statistics show that around two thirds of those who die in Britain have no Will in place.
But, what if you don't die, and yet unable to deal with your own affairs? Have you put in place your Lasting Power of Attorney yet? Did you know there are two types of LPA's?
The Will and LPA strategy is such an important part of someone's personal estate planning arrangements, yet mostly when we ask 'why have you not got a Will or an LPA in place?' the usual answer is simply 'because I haven't yet got around to it' and never 'because I don't want one'.
NOW is the time to arrange all of this. Call us on 01206 577 266. We can introduce you to an independent professional third party Will Writing and Estate Planning Firm who will work with you and look after your requirements.

Because people’s circumstances change, we recommend that a Will is reviewed every five years or so and that any required amendments or adjustments are made.
Inheritance tax, funeral arrangements, charitable donations, specific gifts and naming guardians are just a handful of reasons why a Will should be written and kept up to date.
Write a Will, nominate Guardians, protect your estate.
