H D Consultants is a team of experienced, professional, Client-centric mortgage and protection advisers.

We hugely value our relationships with our industry colleagues, and welcome regular visits from our mortgage, loans, insurance and conveyancing provider partner Business Development Managers, compliance colleagues, business associates, Introducer Partners and professional friends.

WHY VISIT US? - We want to know what is selling well for you, why, what products are best for BTL investors (our core sector), portfolio BTL deals, product transfer options and further advance options too. The same applies for insurance business, ie what criteria USP's do you have, which products are your most popular and why, and of course there will always be a load of other criteria questions too. In summary we really just want to know what is going well for you so that we can understand your proposition and send more business your way.

WHEN - Mostly, our team meetings are held every Tuesday morning, between 10am and 12pm

WHERE - Face to face is best - either physically, or virtually. Experience has taught us that face to face meetings (versus the numerous product-update emails which we receive from everyone all the time) helps to cultivate and grow personal, professional, mutually-beneficial and productive relationships. So, we look forward to seeing you in our town centre offices, or we welcome your sponsored breakfast and/or lunch meetings, in a variety of available meeting rooms, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops etc., either locally to us in Colchester, or in your own offices if mutually convenient. Alternatively, we can also meet 'virtually' in our Zoom Room.
